my touch does come with touch screen, its a woderful little device with full power and has snes, nes, sega, gma apps, why dont they make a DS app? i would pay a lot for it.
Because Nintendo can't overlook an emulator for the DS. Its still the current nintendo portable and they would lose money because they are still selling the games. The older emulators, although still technically illegal, are ignored because there the games are not being sold anymore, and thus profits aren't being lost.

Emulation programs are hard to write, especially on mobile ARM hardware that cant work with things like floats.
I heard even DS emulators on the PC aren't that good yet, so I doubt there will be a good one on the Android anytime soon. Besides, the resolutions dont match, most phone screens are too small to hold the dual screens of the DS.
Now, why dont they port Android to the DS? That would be more interesting I think :P
