PLEASE HELP! Synching apps?

I had an issue with my original G1, and T-Mobile sent me a new one via mail. It just arrived today, and after putting in my sim card and battery I see I have to re-download all my apps and fix my settings.
How can I synch my original G1's settings and applications to the new one?

Guess, I'll just list all my apps so I can remember what I have downloaded.

you can backup settings online with mybackup pro, and you can backup apps with same, or astro, and copy the file to your computer.

you can export an app list w/ atrackdog as well.

once you sign into your google account , a list of your apps will sync to "my downloads" . they wont be thee forever , so reinstall those apps right away .
and...
use atrackdog(in the market) to make a list of your apps and email them to yourself .
