RockOn
RockOn is a music player for Android. It has a nice all-graphic UI interface making it the player of choice if you prefer browsing your music library by album art. The main features are:
- Cool album art navigation UI
- Location-aware concert info of your library's artists (uses Last.FM API).
- One of the most effective album art fetchers we know (uses Last.FM API).

Review -
Well, I'm running the latest magic firmware which lets me run this program for a while then it crashes =( so I can't do a FULL review but from the look of the screen shots and how I tested it to my fullest its a very neat visual music player for the android platform :]]

VERY nice first version. The album library on the right scrolls smoothly and it even grabbed missing album art before it started playing. I did experience one small bug on the very first play where it was showing me the wrong album art/artist info for what was playing, but it hasn't done it again yet. I didn't find the controls to be all that intuitive, just because we're so used to the customary transport buttons in media players. But after a couple of minutes of messing around, I figured out most of the functionality. Of course, there is a diagram under the help menu that tells you all you need to know. I find the horizontal layout to be a bit nicer-looking than the vertical...almost makes me think it should always be that way, or the vertical could be redesigned a bit to make better use of the space? At any rate, this is a neat player, even if only to show off to friends, and if it keeps getting developed, I will definitely be following it. Is it on, or going to be coming to the market?

Already considered better than TuneWiki? For some reason, I just like using that more than the stock app (which I've probably used maybe like three times max...)

thats what im wondering... i would like to see an update but i would not want to revisit the website to get it seeing that i will probably forget....
Really, all I need from any Android music player is to allow me to hard press the volume keys to go previous and next track that I so desperately miss from my BlackBerry...
