U won't have to rename any files to "update..zip" or update because this apps do that for u and u won't have to press home+power and then alt+s. Cus this apps do that for u..

So to conclude

Go to the market. Download the app "jf updater" open it when its installed. Go to settings in that app. Set it so that u can see all the updates. Then get out of settings and while still in the app click on "check now" the app will close it'll start looking for the roms. When its found them it'll let u know on the notification bar. Then re open that app (jf updater) and click on the abailvle roms. Choose to download jfs rc33 version 1.4 when its done it'll let u know again but this time it'll give u an option to "update now" then it'll ask u for permition so give it a sec. When permitions come up "click on always allow" and then the app will do the rest

just download "jf updater" from the market and click on check for updates...it will give you a list of updates and choose rc33 then download and it will flash it for you

i did get the app.. and it says "your system is running an unsupported OS mod. Please manually upgrade to jf v 1 41 or later and try again"

Oh crap isee, so u will have to do it manually. Piece of cake. Dload jf rc 33 from the link simms gave u. Put it on ur sd card (if u did this from the pc name the file > update ) if u do it from the phone name it update.zip
Then hold the power button and hit reboot then ok and when it starts rebooting just hold home till it goes to recovery mode, then press alt+s

MAKE SURE THAT THE JF RC 33 WITCH U NAMED "UPDATE" IS THE ONLY FILE NAMED UPDATE ON UR SD (ROOT OF UR SD) NOT IN ANY FOLDERS

Take your battery out, boot in recovery, wipe, then flash your rom again.
