Havent used compare everywhere.

ShopSavvy if im looking to buy something, barcode scanner if i just wanna scan something to show it off or reading QRCodes.

shopsavvy is the better app more hits by far, and they got a boat load of money from google so they will make it even better

Compare Everywhere works admirably

I use both, just incase one can find a product and not the other, but....
Shopsavvy beats CompareEverywhere with the following:

- Price Alerts
- Ability to search by inputing Bar Code (In addition to word/phrase input)
- Better GUI (User Interface)

Shopsavy would have had my vote, but I have yet to see a result under the LOCAL category.

Also, the database that Compare Everywhere uses can be updated by anyone, so if the item you scan doesn't read, you can submit your own data, therefore making sure that item will read the second time.

For me, for now, Compare Everywhere gets my vote.
