this lock 2.0 skin???

ok i was thinking aobut buying lock 2.0 but was looking at skins for it first then i saw this one

is that a skin i can d/l? because i cant seem to find it.

i know thats the default htc theme but it looks good

only thing i noticed with this is it didnt pick up the correct build and memory card size below the time information...so i assume its just a static image.
