Default Uh-Oh. Just tried to root and caught in a boot loop

Ok, so I followed this guide:

    http://www.androidandme.com/2009/05/...stall-cupcake/

and got to the end where I basically turn on my phone and I'm done.

Well, i'm on the loading screen with the blue android text and the white shine going across it but it just keeps on going across, pauses for a second, and then continues.

    What do i do?

power down phone, hold home button and press power. alt+w to wipe phone. seems to be the easiest way to fix boot loop. other than reflashing.

Boot Loops were always my least favorite cereal as a kid.

I've always hated Apple Hacks too.
