Upkeep in Gang Wars

Hi,

I tried looking everywhere, but I can't figure out how one gets upkeep in Gang Wars. Can anybody care to inform me?

Nevermind, figured it out. Seems to be a bug in the game

1. Go to weapons, buy whatever you want, get the error and press ok
2. go to properties
3. go back to weapons
4. buy it again

should work
