What is the best Facebook App

Just started Facebook and im trying to figure out which application is the best for use with facebook on the g1?

Honestly, none.

Just use the web browser & go to x.facebook.com.

The apps suck for the G1, do not know why FaceBook will not make an official app for the G1 like the iPhone.

Yeah, Google and Facebook have mutual hate for eachother.

Now that the Dev API for Facebook is far more open, I'm waiting for a dev with some free time on his hands to write up an app that's better than the current ones.

As far as image uploads to Facebook, I use PicPush. Works better than any of the other ones I've tried for image uploads. Then I just use the browser to visit x.facebook.com or m.facebook.com

If it reverts back to the iPhone looking theme, go all the way down (after you log in) and click on mobile version. You can like statuses on this version

for now use m.facebook.com/index.php (include the index bit at the end or it will redirect you to the awful x.facebook.com) and keep an eye on the link above for the Android Facebook App, also join the group and become a fan of the app on facebook to get updates.

It's hopefully going to be released at the end of the month/start of next month. There's loads of us waiting for it to be released, this could be THE facebook app (it already looks better than the Blackberry one that has 6 million users and was developed with the help of facebook themselves!)

I was just about to come here and ask for an App for Facebook.

Kinda mad that they got rid of the last Facebook App on Android.

I'm gonna become a fan of this.

I want it as soon as it's available.
