So, what you're looking for are emulators.
There are a few in Java out there, someone just needs to modify the source to take advantage of the features in Android/Hardware.

I would like to see the Infocom interpreter and ScummVM running on Android (I have ScummVM running on the iPhone so I can FINALLY finish Monkey Island 2 which I bought like 10 years ago in the LucasArts Archives Vol. III)
There's a thread or two about bringing ScummVM to Java/Android, but since that would spread the code so far from the official maintained code base, they frown upon supporting it, but since the source code is there, they offer anyone to try. I did see some talk on AndDev about being able to write C/C++ stuff in Android and using a Cross Compiler, so that might be a better option.
I hope we can bring some great stuff in the near future to the Android platform. We'll see in the next few weeks.
