You'll probably want to get a bigger SD card. I personally don't need one but you may want a car charger. If you have money to burn, maybe a g1 cradle?

no the g1 doesnt support tv out! lol i would say bluetooth headphones, a2dp is not too far away or if your rooted you could already be enjoying stereo bluetooth

screen protector, case or cover, and sd card I don't find the need for car charger for me...yet :P
