flash player and new os 1.6 or 2.0

wheare I can find flash player for my pulse with 1.5 and how to upgrade to 1.6 or 2 android (there is no on the marker app)

flash player is currently unavailable for android.(although it will come sometime during 2010)
the updates to 1.6 come out Over The Air (OTA)

I love my g1 but I want flash player, its too good a phone not to have it, sure it browses kinda slow but still a great phone to me!

over the air is when the carrier you are in sends the update literally through the air.
