CompareEverywhere vs ShopSavvy?
Okay I saw these two apps that basically do the same thing. I've been trying to find out what the differences are if any but can't seem to find anything. Do you guys know what the difference between them are?Thanks

I'm sure there will be small feature differences, but they both basically do the same thing. Just like Firefox v. IE v. Opera v. Chrome... different companies/people making apps that THEY THINK are better than their competitors...Originally Posted by hyperdroid

i thought the major difference is that compare everywhere shows you online prices, and shop savvy shows you a better deal in stores near where you are using the gps, as well as online. not too sure but thats what ive gathered. dont think i'll use either of them much but will still download them anyway!

Oh man, I'll use this on big ticket items, for sure. Pretty handy.

They both will show you the online prices as well as the local stores near you. And I believe they both have the "redline" when taking a picture of the barcode.
I guess I'll go for the one that I think is more user friendly.....and free

GoCart has price alerts while compareEverywhere doesnt...
What I need is that they should have the option to just put in the barcode # (or wateva its called)... That way you can 'scan' online products aswell and not only/always have the product in hand before scanning... Hope they can hear me whine! lol

What about buyer reviews? I know Shopsavy has an awsome rating system, i dont know about the other one
