I love this new game in the market ! ....Anyone know why im unable to buy a vehicle even though i have enough money? It says something to the effect of you dont have the income for upkeep?! i dont understand

ok i bought the vehicle, but now i cant rob the jewelry store even though i have the car and the 2 shotguns. its says i dont have required weapons. any ideas?
