how do you get so much income per hr??

what properties do u own? do u buy weapons? I just dont have that kinda cash

There are several things I did.

In the beginning, I invested my EXP points in energy. I wanted to be able to do jobs as much as I could.
Right now, I have 150 energy points so when I don't play the game for several hours, I can do two Casino jobs, getting me 120 million. (You need 120 energy for that and when I reached that, I invested a bit in attack and defence, they're both 115 now.)
Right now I'm getting my energy to 180.
Because when I get 10 points on the Godfather screen, I fill out my energy, and I'll get 3x60 million = 180 million!

I never bought lots of weapons, recently I started doing it a bit because I've got the money. But first invest in getting that hourly income!

Another tip is this: only buy single properties in the beginning. Right now, I'm buying 10 empty lots at a time, 10 downtown squares, etc. And then I also buy the large properties 10 at a time. Because when you buy them one at a time, the price increases.
Something that costs 300,000 will cost 330,000 after you've bought one, 360,000 after you've bought two, etc. So when you buy them one at a time, the 10th you'll buy cost 600,000!
But when you first save your money until you've got 3 million, you can buy 10 right away and they'll all cost 300,000 each!
The NEXT one will cost 600,000, but then you don't buy that, you move on to the next one. Calculate how much you'll earn relatively.

For example, I currently have 30 Arms Factories. When I want to buy one now, it will cost me 400mil and it will earn me 1,000,000. So for each 100mil I'll earn an hourly 250,000.
I also have 10 Land for Opium Plantage, and the next one will cost me 600mil and earn me 1,500,000. So 100mil will earn me 250,000 there as well.
But the Own a cellular Network, which I don't have any of yet, costs 700mil and it will earn me 2,500,000. So there, for every 100mil I'll get over 340,000!
So what I'm doing right now, is saving until I've got 7,000,000,000. That is a LOT and it doesn't happen in a few hours! But when I've got that, I'll get 10 cellular networks, and my hoursly income will go up with 25 million each hour!

Of course you get there in steps. I started with 10 private torture cells, 10 luxury hotels, 20 casino's, etc. But in the end, the big money is in the big properties, so it's worth saving for them.

Agree 100% with the above post. I've started slightly after you, and I'm at level >180 now, making just a bit more per hour. Don't forget that maintaining the weapons you buy will end up being one of the most expensive things... A helmet with $200,000 upkeep and a boat with $350,000 upkeep!!

How much weapons do you have?

I've got 343 baseball bats, 1000 miniguns and 300 SG-552's, that's basically it. With some other weapons, it's 77,870 upkeep in total. I win about 50% of the fights, and that's fine with me.

No helmets and boats for me!

I pretty much stopped fighting lately, by the way. It doesn't bring in a lot of money and it's basically pretty boring. (It costs 350,000 to fully heal at the doctor, and I get about 500,000-600,000 out of my fights, so I gain 200,000 out of fighting, on average.)

I realise I need it for leveling up though. :/
