Default market A vs. market B

Is everything that's in androidcommunities market going to be available in the "official marketplace?"

And since everything (atleast that's the impression I've been given) is allowed into the official one, why wouldn't it be? Or is the one here going to be a sort of user voted abridged one?

i.e. why would we need others?

ok so apparently I missed something, the apps downloaded from the google market don't download to the sd card? Is there any internal storage on the phone? if so how much? and how did I miss that on the specs (don't really expect an answer to that one.?)

Memory: ROM:256 MB RAM: 192 MB
from RussianSolja's wiki on the G1.

From my understanding, the apps installed from the android market will go onto the phones internal memory.

umm don't the apps get up to 128 mb in size in the android market? If so doesn't that mean you could install two large apps and be done?

I highly doubt that any apps would get that size. I would imagine that most apps would be around the 1-5 MB range; however, this is just speculation.

It is what it is. But unfortunately i honestly find this very stupid that you don't get a choice whether you want to save the APP to the Phone's internal memory or your micro SD card. Hopefully this will change when a firmware update is made. SDK v1.0?

that would have to be an update. I mean even if they are in the 5 mb range that's fifty apps, plenty for me honestly, but i know there are people who will download every single one, and with the market being free at first, it will be tempting.

is it so wrong that I'm almost ready for the first firmware update and I haven't even gotten the phone. potential fixes: the ability to save where you want, bluetooth, virtual keyboard, etc.

man I need the phone to distract me from thinking about the phone.
