I'm not sure about downloading anything not in the MarketPlace, with Android being open source and all. I think our phones are more likely to contract an "illness" if we're not careful with our downloading.

Anyone willing to try these out?

I've downloaded apps from Mobentoo Marketplace/Slideme and had no problems. I have an antivirus app on my android mind you.
