I've been using it for the last few hours and loved it, but the update gave me problems. I saw in the market wheree it said what to do if you run into errors with updating and assumed that was a post-error fix. Before updating I didn't revert to the normal homescreen and when I updated it no longer worked. It repeatedly force closes. After a restart it is doing the same thing and because I can't get to my homescreen I also can't get to settings in order to change back to Home. I got to the browser randomly after I got an email notification but I still can't get to the home screen or apps list.

Apparently Android doesn't give you the option to change the default app after it force closes repeatedly, anyone know how I could change the setting or remove sweeter home?

get into safe mode (Hold Menu when powering on, then remove Sweeter Home (settings -> application) and then reinstall the latest update)

This should disable all processes, and allow you to remove sweeter home.

Got it working last night after a little hunting but was too tired to post. For those who are in the same situation, send an email to yourself with a hyperlink. The email notification should still show up on the top bar as this isn't connected to the home screen. From the email you will be able to open the browser. From the browser you can get to the Android Market website which has links for specific apps that open a market search (click the 2-D barcode shown on the description for an app). Once in the market all you have to do is remove Sweeter Home and you'll be able to get back to the home screen again.

I actually reinstalled right after I got to the market and removed it because I really do like the design. It works very smoothly, especially for an early beta. I'd like to see email objects for the desktop similar to the SMS list, and as of now the calendar list only shows events with reminders set, but overall it is a really well done application. I love the level customization allowed, it really is an unprecedented design for a cell phone. It takes a little time to get used to and be comfortable with exactly how customizing is done, but once you mess with it for a little its not a problem at all.

    A little too exotic?

I want something simple... like a Mercedes.
I don't want a Mercedes with Lamborghini doors, Crazy carbon fiber spoiler, 28 inch rims, decals on the exterior, with antennas sticking out.

LOL Mercedes are some of the most complicated cars made today. You should have said like a oldschool Volkswagen or Honda. Those cars are simple.

It probably isn't build for 2.0 so either way I don't think it would work.
The gosh dang app hasn't been updated in probably 8 months and there's suppose to be a new beta release but I think that's been three months in the rumor mill.

Well I know this app has been pulled off the market, but I got word that it's back in, [and will be updated "soon" [whatever]
But could someone do a search in the market to see if it pulls up for them? Because it sure doesn't for me.
