Trouble downloading from the Market

I tried to purchased the robo defense upgrade. Its a great game! At the time when I did it the account I used for google was overdrawn and the download was unsuccessful. So I transferred money into that account but now the market says its "purchased" and won't let me purchase it again and it just keep saying download unsucessful when I try to install it. How do I get it to work? I am totally hooked on this game!

As a test, I tried downloading something else that cost money and the purchase went though just fine and it downloaded and installed w/o a problem. So it has something to do with the fact that it thinks it was purchased, even though the card did not go through.
