Well... my G1 is finally on the way, so I'm getting ready my google account

The point is that my main address is in my Google Apps domain, and I'm trying to use with all the google services.

Sadly, some Google services as Reader don't accept Google Apps account logins, so I have had to register my email account as an standard Google account. Now, I can login with me@mydomain.com in both GApps enabled services as Gmail, GTalk or Calendar, as well as non GApss ones as Reader, but they are completly different accounts. For example, my contacts are in GApps Gmail, but I don't see them when using Reader.

So, my doubt is.. when I login with me@domain.com in the G1.. which one of them will it use?
