What's up Brady! Nice article! id also like to add that smartphones are outselling notebooks because the majority of consumers only use their notebook, laptops, and desktops for 4 things. Agreed. A trip away from my home for longer than a day earns my MacBook a spot in my bag. There's no replacement for the power a computer provides over a smartphone.

For casual users, however, a smartphone is an attractive replacement for a laptop if only checking e-mail and IMs while on the road.
