    Really? Good coverage? Hm, I've heard a looooot of negative about their coverage, but I suppose it depends on the area. Personally I'm going to need a provider that's good mostly anywhere in the U.S. but also good overseas.

    it's too bad sprint crapped up the design as well, not really sure why you are picturing the non-sprint styled HTC hero for this.

    i don't get it - i've never had a bad experience with sprint

    they even call back to make sure issues are taken care of

    When I had sprint, I dropped calls constantly, got over charged, customer service was the worst I've ever had for anything and I had to pay to talk to them. One time my phone got cut off while they had my check because they said the department that process checks was closed. Sprint sucks, in Michigan AT&T suck, Verizon is ok only because I get a discount but, they suck by default because CDMA sucks. That's my opinion on it lol.

    Good news for all of us Big Red Customers (verizon)!! I just read over on Phandroid that verizon is going to get HTC Hero (maybe under another name) sometime in November! I am excited about this move and I hoep it actually goes through, but from the conference call and the pictures on the link below, it seems pretty possible!!
