Colorware lets you get funky with your G1

I've always said this: I WANT AN ANDROID GREEN ANDROID PHONE! And alas, it has become possible. I mean, it was inevitable but to see this:



It just brings tears to my eyes.

Just the right shade! I actually like it, not sure how well my eyes would take it every day.

Totally not worth it, at any price.

The HTC G1 is an entry-level phone with a very poor build and an obvious escape plan. Face it guys, it's a cool phone but you know it's crap. But who cares, I bought the first Sidekick ever and I expect to be buying a replacement for my G1 sometime in late 2009. You know it's only going to be about a year before a nicer Anroid phone comes out, even through TMobile.

But paying for a paint job on a phone with a crappy, squeaking screen hinge and a soft keyboard? No way.

We need an Android phone with a nicer build. Stat.

I disagree with the comments on the G1 being an entry level phone with a cheap build. I think it is a great phone with very slight design defects that I don't find to be a nuisance at all. If you had a BlackBerry before you might be a little disappointed but I had a Berry and that is not a problem for me.

I dunno, it looks nice and all BUT I cant see myself using that in public.
For heavens sake, it`s green :P
