Please don't do that. The source that Refused is pulling from stated that there is a Tmo website forum for requests and complaints, and all Cupcake questions must be directed there. Calling Tmo CS/Level 1 tech support will yield you no good info. As Refused's source stated, the phone jockeys are the last to know about outgoing OTAs.

they realy should not have let us now that calling all the time actually has an effect if we bug them enough maybe we can get them to push it out by monday if you will excuse me I have some calls to make.

Well, if you think about the nature of linux operating systems, your statement is by necessity true in all cases of a side-by-side comparison of an kernel installed on two different hardware platforms! Ipso facto, being "different" is not by definition getting shorted.
