Verizon is trying to figure out how to lock down the phone and disable certain features while still allowing users to get updates from Google.

i just read this article early this morning on mippin.... this is good news for android, but an all touch screen device with such a small screen is not gonna have good results. i had the chance to use the instinct today and surfin the web on it really sucks because the screen is so cramped with menu options on the screen while browsing,but i know theres some people that like it. G1 will still be the boss.

Despite some hardware concerns on the current G1, I love the phone and OS....keep bringing out more phones I say!
