I'm not really worried about .2 inches of screen size, but i don't see anything that tells me the keyboard is smaller. In fact, the keys look like they will be a great deal larger due to the keyboard layout.

Yeah since it is a four row keyboard instead of five i would expect the keys to be bigger, that along with the fact that they're all touching.

Those things plus the fact that the entire front of the phone slides up leaving the layer underneath available. With the G1, you lose 1 inch of valuable real estate as the "chin" can't be used.

Looks Okay... I'll Wait For A Better Phone Though. Lime-Green Not My Color I'd Want A Blue & Black Phone Or All White Not With Some Gray.
Android Vs. iPhone? We're Far From Equal, Cause Your Claims Of Being Better Are Very See Through And We Just "Rock" Like Guitars & Speakers.

P.S. I think the lime green is awesome, and I'm a "little" older than 16.
I know there could be a way around it but why would samsung not include it? I mean the i7500 had them. I'm not trying to be negative but it would really suck if this thing turned out not to have android...

Get used to the part about, "I know there could be a way around it..." and not worry about why they wouldn't be included. We already know Android is coming to devices other than phones, right? Those surely won't be packing "call" and "end call" buttons. And I would suspect that the netbooks Acer is readying will carry standard keyboards and won't feature 'dedicated' keys for "Home" and "Menu."

I think the best thing you can do is to not grow too attached to the hardware's UI as the software UI doesn't require all devices and/or manufacturers to make use of it the same way. When you're a proponent of an open platform, such as Android, you'd better be open to the ideas of adaptability and change.

    My 2 cents!

If I recall correctly Google was requiring mobile devices to have those physical buttons for a while weren't they ?

I can't quite remember where I heard this but if I can find a source I'll provide it.

We can only see the front, maybe they're on the sides?
