Good thing i orderd mine the 23, first day it was for Pre-Order.

15 more days and the G1 is mine! Muahaha >:]

I called TMob today to confirm my order was in.. I never got a text, but I ordered on the day of the conference.

It's confirmed

Never got a text to confirm it either, though I was given an order number when I called customer care, who also stated my phone is set to be delivered on 10/22/08

That's weird cuz I just talked to the customer service to ask if I can change the color of the phone I ordered.

and I just asked her how many phone they sold so far? she told me 25,000 sold out. but I don't think that's alot of phones and saying that they sold 3 times greater than they expected? so they thought they were gonna sell only a few? that's crazy..

Anyway, for those who wants different color than what you ordered, (like you want white which you can't order online, or just simply don't want the color you ordered anymore) you can try the local store to change.
that's what she told me I should try cuz if I wanna change now, only thing I can do is cancel and order again, then I won't get it till november. so I called one local store, and the guy told me to call again when it's out, but most likely if they still have in stock, I am able to change there. so That's what i'm gonna try to do
