    Few things that will play a huge part in the person's perception that will decide what to offer you.

    Thanks for the info, venting is not what I plan on doing, I plan on sending a professional letter, my goal isn't to get a discount. I want better features, equivalent to their competitors, hopefully he spill the beans on their secret project.
