nothing to worry about. ive done it no less than 20 times always works not to sound haughty or anthing just need to make sure you disconnect everything carefully and you connect it back the same way and that all the screws are nice and tight.Make sure you have a fool proof guide for switching the housing..Johnnylicous (or however u spell it) had a bad run with that and lost his ability to use his touch screen completely..just be warned lol....and you shouldn't need screen shot because a majority will know exactly what you are talking about when you describe it to help u out

Cyanogens latest , 4.2.5 .
The unlocker might be outdated , I haven't checked it in a while . It won't work with 1.6(I don't think it will anyways)

it seems to be working decently and its pretty easy to follow.
the first thing i did was downgrade to cupcake.
