Hey, thanks for making this, it's a great help. Anyway, I've done everything you said, installed radio/SPL, put on the new hero, it repeated the waving android so I did the adb push app_s (I think you have it wrong, it's not adb shell push, it's just adb push), and all the files moved, but then when my phone started up, it went to the set-up, said what language (English), then went to the Keyboard thing and said "Click here to test on-screen keyboard". So I click there, and then it freezes for a second, then it says "whatever.htcsetup.apk has blah blah. Force Close" Doesn't give me a wait option, just force close. So I force close, and then the screen just goes black. I can pull down the notification bar and when I hit the end key it'll sleep and upon hitting menu I can pull down the screen to bring it out of sleep, but other than that it just stays black. Any help? I've installed the app_s twice and rebooted several times.

Edit: Wow, I'm an idiot. All I had to do was hit skip and I didn't get the problem. Works fine now, thanks again.

Does the walkthrough build have the twitter/facebook widgets? Does it work?

does it make a difference if I run apps2sd b4 or after the optimize batch files??

Run apps2sd first, one of the optimize batch files needs access to the new links.

I know there a tons of easy guides that will take you through step by step, but I am wondering how much I could just rent one of you for and get help from you! I havent rooted yet and think I want to, just dont see a lot of positives that outweigh the cost of bricking my phone! So, I am now taking bids from you geniuses who can root me- hassle free to me!

Last Question, can I check whether or not I have PVT or DVT with an unrooted phone? If so, how? If I have DVT, can that be changed? How? Thanks!
