MMS Settings for Orange UK

I have been trying to access my MMS messages for my phone, i am using Orange UK Network. I've been trying these settings but they are not working.

APN: orangemms
Username: Orange
Password: Multimedia
MMS Proxy: 192.168.224.10
MMSC: http://mms.orange.co.uk/

I have tried to put them into my internet APN, I have created a new APN profile but they still don't work.

Any help to get this working would be great, cheers.

Sometimes it takes a while for settings to actually work (took 24 hours for me), presuming they are the right settings. I will try and find the table I had for all the settings for UK providers...

Also interested in this but for Vodafone. To get mms working, does anyone know if you have to add a new APN with the mms settings or do you modify your existing internet APN info?

My settings are for O2 but I would guess the Orange ones are http://www.mphone.co.uk/mms_wap_settings_orange.html (amazing what a Google search brings up...)

You can just add then up to the APN that contains the Vodafone Internet settings.

Don't know about the Orange settings but O2 works fine. Have you created an APN for your network? If you have then just add MMS settings to that, otherwise create a new APN

Hey, has anyone actually managed to sort this yet? As I've tried litrally every setting i could find to no avail.

I've tried putting the settings into the same APN and different ones. Resetting every time. Could someone please list their settings that work.

I can't find any settings for WAP access. Could that be the problem. And I can't find any way to adjust the mms settings such as the deliuvery method and such.

Hey,

I dont know how to get the MMS working with Orange. I use Orange too, here in the UK. I do have all the APN settings. Here they are:

Name: Orange
APN: orangeinternet
MCC: 234
MNC 33

The rest of the options are blank. You should get 3G going if you insert and save these settings. Hope it helps!

That's the thing that bugs me, I can get 3g edge and gprs to worj. It just won't send or receive mms messages. I've spoken to orange and they couldn't helpp as they don't support this phone. I also checked and found out that my account was deffo active for mms. I'm actually writing this reply on the phone lol

Just a thought, does it matter that I donlt have a wap APN? Should I enter the orange wap settings? And is ther a way to configure the way the phone sends mms messages?
