For those of you that want to change your lockscreen wallpaper, I've found a easy way for now.
1. Find or make your own walppaper. I used a 480 x 320. I used a .jpg because the default lockscreen pic is a .jpg. I haven't tried a .png, so I don't know if there would be problem.
2. Place the pic you selected on the root of your sd card and rename it Default_lockscreen.jpg
3. Connect your phone to your computer, but don't mount it.
4. Type in the following commands in ADB:
adb remount
adb shell
su
mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
cp /sdcard/Default_lockscreen.jpg /system/etc/lockscreen/port
cp /sdcard/Default_lockscreen.jpg /system/etc/lockscreen/land
reboot
5. In Terminal use these commands:
su
mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
cp /sdcard/Default_lockscreen.jpg /system/etc/lockscreen/port
cp /sdcard/Default_lockscreen.jpg /system/etc/lockscreen/land
reboot
6. ENJOY!

made it easier to change the lockscreen wallpaper for you lot
just download this, put the your lock screen image the lockscreen folder, and open the bat fileand wait for it to reboot
image has to be 320x480 for it to look normal
you have to have adb set up
easier then entering the commands and changing the file name etc

(make sure the image you put in the lockscreen folder isnt more then 18 characters long, and that theres only one jpg file in there)

AHHHHHHH ,way to buggy for me![]()
Is this only for the official build released by Haykuro, or is the JAC build being put here? I think the JAC build has a small, well managed thread, its not needed here. Hero got so far out of hand with the different releases up until Haykuro's.

.
before posting a list of bugs, please state which build you were on... the above appears to be based of the Beta Build or Haykuro hero build before Haykuro even did his own revision...
i know the JAC rom is not considered an official rom according to the OP ( since its not listed ) but Ive tried both haykuros hero and JAC hero, and JAC did a great mod of Haykuros.. im using it now it is a lil zippier than the original haykuro hero rom...

Hero Theme 1.4.5

I was mainly puting it together for talk on all of the hero builds so it can be well managed, and kaysesoze, i have a link to the JAC build in the 2nd post.
edit- also updated the bugs list to JAC since it i the one most people are using and has fewer bugs.
