[ROM] JACxROM [v1.4] Fast/Stable AOSP 1.5r3 [UPDATED 8.27.2009)
This is an AOSP 1.5r3 release ROM. This is built for DREAM but may work on other devices your milage may vary or you may need a few small changes but I am only supporting DREAM as it's the only HARDWARE I actually own ATM.
DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER APPS2SD APPLICATIONS ON THIS BUILD. YOU WILL BREAK YOUR SYSTEM. THEY ARE NOT NECESSARY BECAUSE THIS ROM WILL DO A2SD AUTOMATICALLY AND BETTER!
*** DISCLAIMER ***
While this build is heavily optimized, it is also capable of pushing your G1 much harder. I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or the current economic crisis. Please do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modificiations, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you...and so will Cyanogen.

***INSTALL NOTES***
I'm not going to outline it all as your should already be familiar with "flashing a ROM' If you are not please read the stickies at the top of the Forum.
Please us Cyanogen 1.4 Recovery Image found Here prior to flashing.
App2SD setup requires the two usual partitions FAT32/EXT2/3/4 and can also support a 3rd swap partition with a small modification to the user.conf file in /system/bin/. I have not found this necessary on the AOSP Roms as of yet

To check swap configs sh /system/bin/swap -s
To change swap configs edit user.conf in /system/bin

I am on this rom now it is fast and stable. One of my favorites I have been on hero 2.7.3 and drizzy. nice and fast but I need bluetooth to work for my job. Htc music is on the new rom 1.2 but beags made me a custom HTC music player and I flashed the player in this morning so if anyone has the 1.0 and don't want to flash the whole rom I have it and can send it.
