But (of course there is a problem, it's like God doesn't want me having apps in my SD card)...when I click Paragon Partition Manager in the lower right-hand corner, it says:

    OPERATION FAILED

    Disk is absent.

    I did it!!!

I have two partitions! Wow, after 3,700 attempts I finally was able to do it.

I had to use Windows XP for this. Something is wrong with Paragon Manager and Vista.

Now, on the my next headache.... get apps/cache to sd card...lol

Nice! I advise you to get Lucid's apps to sd. It's working for me like a charm. Don't use that app that's on the android market, i messed up my phone with that app.

I have a couple of questions, hopefully someone can answer them.

    1. I did the partition with Paragon, and I think it went successful because when I opened Paragon again, it showed I have two partitions in sd card.

    but.....

when I connect my phone to USB and I "mount" it, it only shows one partition "FAT32". Shouldn't it show both partitions? (UPDATE: When I go to SETTINGS and SD Card storage, it shows the correct partition amount - 468MB) But where is ext2?

Lucid's apps to SD seems like the best and easiest approach to this, but he has four files to download, and I don't know if I have to download each one of them, or just one, two? and then flash G1.

    Based on this thread:

    http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=480582

STEP 2, you need to download

    2. Download Modified Update to the MicroSD FAT32
    JFv1.42_RC33
    JFv1.43_RC9
    JFv1.50_ADP1.5 | ota-radio-2_22_19_26I (see below for a list of new 1.5 commands)

My phone is running: Haykuro ADP1.5Hr3-A2SD.

And I have the latest radio: 2.22.19.26I

Like I said, How do I check I have two partitions? And what file(s) do I need to download to flash G1 to do apps to sd?

I would also like to move browser cache to sd as well. What is the best approach?

    Thanks in advanced.

Go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=512743 & follow the instructions. It'll do everything from partitioning the card to moving the apps. Well, not quite. There is a little bit of command line stuff you'll have to do as well, but it's easy.

Also, I'm assuming that you have a 1GB card. Why did you originally dedicate half of it to apps? Keep in mind that the original amount google gave you is only like 74MB, if you make yours 200MB, you should still be way ahead of the game & still keep some space on your card.

    I've got a 8 gig & I only made mine 512MB!

what exactly are you suppose to see when you type busybox df -h ?
    I got
Size Used Available Use% Mounted On
    90M 76.8M 13.2 85% /system /dev/block/mtdblovck3
    89.8M 74.5M 15.2M 83% /data /dev/block/mtdblovck5
    30.0M 1.2M 28.8M 4% /cache /dev/block/mtdblovck4
    19.0M 12.6M 5.3M 70% /system/sd /dev/block/mtdblk0p2
    681.0M 77.2M 603.8M 11% /sdcard

When I try downloading any app it says Insufficient Storage, my Internal Storage is at 15MB at the moment.

    Well when I partitioned I used http://www.allshadow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5870
I set aside about 300mb for ext2, but I don't know what went wrong. What should I do?
It is the 1GB, so I have around 600-700mb for music, pictures, etc.

here's how mine is setup. even though i have an ext3 partition, you should be showing more than 5 mb's free in system/sd.
