previously for mms, the size limit was 295kb on edge, dunno if its different for 3g... if your clips are larger than that, they will not be able to be sent... you will have to resize them on your computer...

as far as going through e-mail or gmail, i don't know... i thought you'd be able to send whatever size you wanted but i guess there must be a limitation on that too, i'll try to find out

thanks on the quick reply...this is my 1st time doing the forum thing i see how useful it can be.

    thanks again

Im thinking it may be a little deeper... Google has restraints on file sharing.. So whatever servers they use to handle there mobile e-mail\mms traffic; they prolly restrict audio attachment

but there are always codes out there

Hmmmm I wouldnt think there would be a limit if you send it thru email unless it's really big like more tham 10MB. But other than that I can't think of why you would have problems attaching. But try resizing it to a smaller size just in case. Hope it'll work!

i successfully sent an attachment(audio) in an mms. but what sucks is that you can't choose what to send. it takes you to the friggin ringtone folder??? this phone blows. i'm sorry i wasted my friggin money. email? what a joke. i click "send attachment" and it takes me to my pictures folder. with no way to attach anything but a picture from that folder. sorry, but with all the other complaints, this phone is a pos. hate me, i could care less. but i'm switchin back to my tytn where i had control of just about everything. this will sit in a drawer next to my other crap phones from the 90's. if i'm doing something wrong, prove me wrong. but to not be able to send anything but pictures in email is lame and old. google blows for ripping everyone off. i've had it with this phone and it's long, long list of "cant's". i CAN'T take it anymore.
