Aussie Android Phone sans keyboard?

apparently this guy is going to release a phone similar to the iphone, without a keyboard but running android....... obviously a cheap chinese knockoff..... but my question is, i thought that android didnt have a soft keyboard yet?

He must have one in development or something as how could he sell an android phone by christmas with no hardware keyboard?
