i've never touched a iPhone... don't want to be considered a iphone-ephile..../EndBadJoke
anyway...I find the G1 much more intuitive than symbian and WinMo. It's more fun, snappier and in my opnion, better (notice the word **OPNION**).
to me, so far, that's all the matters.
Most iphone people aren't gonna like it. Hell, I had Sidekick users telling me the G1 was junk...
Enough with the Gifs please.
To say that the Android OS is jittery at best is tripe IMO. It's a better UI then the iPhone, that's for sure.

Its not just you... Hate me, or love me but the iPhone is def a superior device. The G-1 is a good device, but it is no where as smooth as far as the software goes, or as sturdy as far as the hardware. I'm sorry but its the truth... This isn't the late 90's, where is the virtual keyboard for typing w/ one hand, or some nice sleek edges? The phone is def outdated looking, & is a bit more choppier then the iPhone. Sorry again.
I agree that the hardware itself is rubbish but android has potential without a doubt. I'll wait for a different android handset, and no I'm not an apple fanboy...I've got a nokia e51 myself which suits me just fine =)
dont care what you people say. a keyboard is faster & more efficient then a virtual one.
I could imagine that coming from and I phone that the g1 would require a learning curve. Mostly because the g1 has more than one options to do things, rather than apple's one way, not to say its bad. I would probably have an iphone if my credit wasn't as bad as it was. But I'm very glad I waited and am very happy with my g1.
