Email Confirmation?

Did anyone place an order early and never get email confirmation? I ordered brown for $179, now I can log in and purchase another for $179, or so it seems. I can't find anyway to check to make sure the order went through.

Just give TMobile a call. They should be able to give you a confirmation number for your order.

Be mindful if you order a second one, it may mess up your delivery order and you will probably get your phone on November 10th!

I got soooo nervous. I called and the recording said my product had been backordered. The customer rep. said I would get it by Oct. 22nd since I had order my phone prior to Oct. 3rd. phewwww.

Yeah I think the tmo site said I should get the text within 24 hours, I called at like 23 hours because I thought I was screwed. It got in and before the 3rd so I should have it on the 22nd.

hmm..i dont know about email confirmation
but you can track your order (if you order before Oct. 22) by going on to ups.com (AFTER Oct. 19 or Oct. 20)..track by reference number..and put down your phone number (xxx-xxx-xxxx) and you should get your tracking number..woo!
