everytime i choose mount phone..

Ok, I think it stands for "Asynchronous Procedure Call". Maybe someone who understands better can help.

Should tell us what version of windows you have. Won't do any good if you really doo have Win95 or ME or something and somebody sends you a file from Vista.

I have a machine on XP Pro SP3 ill put the file somewhere for you here in a sec and you can see if that works.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. Not sure what it was but I did a "Restore" for the previous day and rebooted my XP and it has worked fine ever since.
