    Default G2 Broken(Sort of) Help!

I updated to firmware 1.6 this morning on my Tmobile Mytouch/HTC Magic etc. etc. and now when I turn on my phone (since I use Openhome) I can't access my homescreen. A message just pops up continuously saying that Open Home (process com.betterandroid.openhome2) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.) This effectively disables my phone unfortunately, since I can't access settings to go back to the default home screen.

If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated!

reboot your phone, when you hit home it should ask if you want to use open home or home.. click home. then uninstall open home and reinstall it. sounds like during the reboot for your update some information got lost making the program unusable. its a fairly comon problem. if however, you already set open home as the default your kinda screwed and need to reinstall the 1.6 update or your just going to be sent in to a force closed loop.

if however, you already set open home as the default , you arent screwed !
power off . power on pressing the menu button and power button at the same time , keep pressing/holding the menu button all the way until you boot up . this will take you into safe mode . it will say safe mode near one of the corners of the screen(lol,i dont remember which) . go ahead and change the default back to your normal g1 screen and reboot . openhome probably isnt compatable with donut yet ????
