How much RAM does the myTouch 3G actually have?

I know the myTouch 3G has 512mb of ROM. But I have read so many conflicting reports on the RAM. The Magic has 288mb of RAM and I have read that the myTouch 3G has either 192mb (hope not) or it has the same as the Magic-288mb of RAM.

Can anyone definitively put this to rest?

Thank you all for the input. However I was hoping to get a definitive answer from someone with the phone in hand that could look themselves. I have heard people state that the leaked manual may be an early incorrect print, and those Google links also are not definitive. The GSMarena link shows 192mb for both the myTouch 3G and the Magic, that is clearly wrong. And the other link may be going off the leaked manual specs. So in both cases the issue is not put to rest.

You could get a Magic from Canada they all have more ram then the U.S. version.. The Canadian Version has 288MB of ram. Also it sounds like the Magic from Canada will be getting the new HTC Sense UI.. don't know why they are cheeping out on the myTouch 3G

unless someone on this board works at tmobile then i see it very hard for someone to have a MyTouch in their hands right now
