Hey everybody, i've been having this problem with my phone to where i cannot hang up to end a conversation.
Some places that i call don't hang up so i naturally try but it won't work.
For instance yesterday my phone cut out but I couldn't hang up to call the person that i was on the phone
I keep pressing and pressing the little red button. And i even hit Menu->End call, and that doesn't work. Nothing works unless i wait and it hangs up about 7 minutes later.
..THis basically happens in half of my conversations.
This is really bugging me.
Is there anything I can do?.. is there anybody else that has this problem?

Have you tried restarting the phone? My wife's was ending calls as soon as shed dial them. I restarted it and now it's fine.

Well the thing is i couldnt power the phone off because the red hang up button wouldn't do anything. it works every other time. just not with calls.
But yeah i'll try restarting it.. but this has been happening for a while.
thanks for the advice though. I'll try it again.

ive experienced a freeze with the Shout! app. maybe an app that is running in the background confilicting with the phone? u should try conversing with it after restarting the phone and not opening any apps. most of these apps are just betas which can be buggy. so dont give up, just disect.
This happens to me too.
Have you called T Mobile tech support?
I've called them in the past for help with my Blackberry, and they've always solved the problem for me.
Just a suggestion...
It's called a 30 day return policy kids!
