I haven't seen this one before but I have seen a couple of similar ones and each phone seems to win in different locations. So I am pretty sure it is all gonna depend on how the network is where you are.

Though we have to remember the 22nd will be FLOODED with network traffic. So things will probably slow to a crawl, then speed up and slow back down etc.....

Speed depends on many variables, the percentage of TRUE 3g connection you have, the amount of people using the 3g towers around you, and in TOTAL, even to what your roof is made of.
