Network Busy Errors

I do not have my G1 yet, but when I use my Samsung Blast to call I get a Network Busy Error. Is anyone else getting this? I cannot make ANY calls not even to customer service (611)...

call t-mobile form your home phone or someone elses phone and have them reset your network settings... that might work.... maybe... i dunno.

Some other people are having dropped calls and network busy errors on calls 3G and Edge so now I know its the network... Ill keep locked!
