Screw RC30

Why the hell would I want to install RC30 when RC29 gives me root access on my phone and supposedly lets me install apps to the SD card?

Can anyone that got the RC30 update confirm it actually fixes GPS and battery issues besides the jailbreak problem?

I will not be accepting it if it disables root access.

We will receive root access somehow later down the road, I will wait until that happens, and then I will update. Currently, I am not having a single issue with my g1 so it's no loss for me.

The GPS definitely needs fixing. I'm thinking about buying a Garmin Nuvi now because it sucks so hard.

ive never gotten that. infact if i did i would be super pissed.

more pissed at that then at the fact you cant select a point on the map or save favorites.
