Well "suavetnj", i don't know how to help you with this situation becuz unfortunately... I don't have one!! I'm hateing on all of those that's enjoying this device without me... First of all please un-stick your caps button! Secondly I know for a fact that every T-Mobile phone I have had always did that out of no where.. Its probably not a G1 issue but a server issue. Not sure if it will ever get fixed. Are you in a 3G or EDGE area?

the g1 can only run so many apps at once i think

lol make sure ur not on ur PC signed on.

I dont have the G1, but I had problems with PHONE + PC.

So make sure ur only loggin in from one.

coverage area may be the problem since it is using sms...this is a known issue on all phones using sms as a method of IM transfer...however, use gtalk...works smooooooth...

That used to happen to me while using the sidekick. It may be an issue on AIM or Yahoo's end. I said MAYBE...

I noticed this as well. I signed in to Yahoo and Aim, and I went back to check 30 mins later to see who was online and noticed I was signed out. Seems like it automatically kicked me off as well.
