Default Tmobile 3G not working properly

For everyone's enjoyment -- tonights im chat with tmobile customer service:

Please wait while we find an agent to assist you...
You have been connected to Wayne G.
    Wayne G: Hi Jerome.
    jerome zien: Yes
    Wayne G: How are you?
jerome zien: This is not a social chat. I have sent you a complaint and am looking for a response.
Wayne G: Ok Jerome I have seen that you have sent a complaint here about not having 3G network. One of my reps said there was a global outage somewhere?
jerome zien: Not somewhere. Everywhere. INconsistent, dropped connections (3g), etc.
Wayne G: Ok all I can say is we have engineers working on trying to get it fixed for you Jerome.
jerome zien: So you are aware of it? Then I don't understand your previous response.
Wayne G: Ok I see on the notes they were going to file a ticket and you hung up.
jerome zien: Not true. My landline remote phone died on hold. Finally got thru to highest level of tech support... who told me, btw, to not bother with lower levels, at each prompt say "blackberry".?! Had I known that perhaps my phone would not have died. Do you have any idea when this problem will be solved? Or are we just left with: "We're working on it...."
Wayne G: I don't have an estimated time on when it will be fixed.
jerome zien: How is it possible that you have this massive rollout of g1's and no network with which to support them?
Wayne G: I am very sorry Jerome but to have this issue resolved faster you will need to contact Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997 and have a ticket filed.
jerome zien: It's not a personal problem -- and the ticket, to my knowledge (and for whatever that's worth) , was already filed. What is your level at customer support?
Wayne G: I am technical support the ticket was never filed because it says on the notes that you hung up.
jerome zien: Whatever. Are you aware of the problem? When might we expect a resolution.
Wayne G: I am aware of this problem and I dont know when it will be resolved.
Wayne G: There is no estimated time on when it will be fixed.
jerome zien: Okay. Then, what is the snippy repeated use of "you hung up" good for. You're aware of the problem, as I'm sure are thousands of your customers. No need to continue this discussion...
Wayne G: Thank you for contacting T-Mobile Chat, and thanks for being part of our family.
Wayne G: and have a good day

Sorry, but your post make you seem like somewhat of a douche bag.

3G is fine here in the Washington, DC area.

I thought I was the only one!

My 3G and Edge connection since Friday have been ON and OFF all the time.

    I am in Orlando, FL

The connection goes away completely. The 3G and Edge icon disappear completely from my G1.

I knew there had to be a problem.

Maybe so. Didn't mean to offend.

Nevertheless, 3g and Edge (at least on the G1) - no matter what you think of me - are not working properly for many people all over the country who are paying for a service (which isn't currently working).

Yeah...count me as another who would rather not have you speaking for me to T-Mobile. I guess you think you really showed that guy, since you're showing off how hardcore you were with him, huh?

I also have had the problem on and off for several weeks here in Orlando. It works just fine if I change it to 2G connection only!
