Default To everyone iwth the phone(Memory leak?)

Some reviews said the phone had a bad memory leak issue and that it started lagging after having a couple of apps open. Is this the case with the phones that have been shipped?

supposedly there's an update that will be available on release date. I'd assume a memory leak would be addressed then.

Most likely due to a poorly coded application.

I think there is a memory leak on the phone, because I pulled the battery and it went from being only 30MB to 54 MB
