Tried the G1 at my local T Mobile Store
First I want to say is: I should not of went because now I'm really hooked.
It is smaller than the actual pics off the web. Everything worked pretty good even in Edge. It felt good in the hand and the screen was great. While I was there I went into marketplace and there were alot of apps. 11 days is too long right now.. Emails was quick too (sending back and forth to my blackberry). You can also play pacman with the acclerator, turn up and down and left and right. Very Pump!!

I just did the same. Basically ditto to everything everyone's saying when they get to use one for the first time. Very nice.

lol I'm not sure if the store on 46th and 6th has a demo but i REFUSE to find out...I walk past it every day at work and I refuse to go in there. I'm hooked enough as is...You must not succumb to temptation, I refuse to go in before the 22nd!

Haha. The guy at my store said they weren't allowed to show it to me, but I just hung around until someone else (manager I guess?) came out and told him to go get the phone for me.

Crap i just left the T-Mo store and didnt have a demo G1, or so he said. Grrr...
