yea im getting it at the store, i don't have a tmobile account so i don't have a choice. the store by me is opening at 8am so im going into work late with my new g1.

Pickup isn't really an option for me since i work and im too lazy to go to the mall, which is about 2 minutes from here, so i just have it coming to my work that way i get it around 10am.

i just CALLED my nearest tmobile store and the lady told me that "its strictly first come first serve"


and that there would be NO WAITING LIST. can anyone else confirm this? has anyone else had this problem? this lady better not be lying to me.....

Just called the 3 local stores around me and they all said they will have the G1 in stock on the 22nd. One of the stores even said to not be surprised if there is a crazy line that morning. I live right outside of 3G Miami so I'm glad they will be in stores not directly IN 3g areas.

I pre-ordered mines I hope mines be at my house on the 22nd. I am going to start checking UPS starting friday. They should be shipping these phone now unless they are going to ship them overnight.
